Are personal at the squad this early in the morning? Somehow CVS is involved?

Generally speaking, these sorts things quite often involve the victim leaving the scene of the shooting and going elsewhere to report the shooting. Home, gas stations, where ever. Makes sense when you think about it. Not gonna stick around where you are being shot at. The other common component is that "They have no information about who shot them". Cause snitches and stitches......

Must work early shift being up and about, getting involved in gunplay at those hours? I wonder if the shooter got to his/her place of employment on time?

you would think the bullets flying at you would negate that philosophy.
Nope, cause you gotta get back at them..... Generally they dont want the police to know who shot them,
Certainly seem counterproductive to keeping a safe community.
The great majority of people shot in the county are engaged in criminal activity themselves, so a "safer community isn't high on the list of things they care about.
