They took over a lot of the Food Lion stores in this area. And then failed.

Probably shopping at Giant or Harris Teeter.
When we're at the Solomons campground the Weis is practically right across the street and I still make the trip to Giant.
Teeter and Giant... that's where the pretty people shop.
Giant, BJs, Hollywood McKays and Wally World, depending upon what I'm getting.
That explains all the horrified stares when I went in to HT last week for the first time.

They took over the Food Lion in Prince Frederick. I never go there unless I need something in a hurry and I'm over in that area. The store merchandise went way downhill, especially the produce department, the management is terrible and the employees are mostly inexperienced and incompetent.

Giant is way over rated. They are living off of their good reputation of the 60's. Solomons and Lusby Weis are good for me. The one and only problem I've had is the grass fed beef should be stocked far away from the good meat. The price and appearance is tempting but that stuff is awful
