Take a baking dish I think9x13 or something close, line it with tinfoil and preheat your oven to 375.

Take your chicken breasts and hit the defrost button on the microwave and get them babies thawed out (mostly at least)

Add a thin layer of rice to your baking dish - just enough so that it coats the bottom of the pan.

Take those chicken breasts and lay them on top of the rice layer.

Now if you have a packet of dry lipton onion soup mix, open it up and scatter it over your chicken and rice. If not, add a nice mix of your favorite herbs. Maybe go Mexican flavor (do you have salsa - add that if you do and are going Mexican).

Next open your cheese soup, and spoon dollops of it on top of your chicken and on top of your rice.

Now grab 1) broth or 2) water. Pour the water or broth or both, into your baking dish until it comes almost halfway up the side of your baking pan.

Cover with tinfoil and carefully place in your oven.

Give it 45 minutes to an hour and check your chicken breasts for doneness. It will depend on 1) how much you thawed your chicken, 2) how thick your chicken breasts are and 3) how accurate your oven is.

Creamy cheesy rice and chicken.

You could also dump in some veggies too if you have them on hand.

Throw all that shiat in there and turn it on high.

:yay: Dump it in and let 'er rip.

Although, if it were me confronted with frozen breasts :jet:, I wouldn't crock pot them - I'd microwave thaw them and do a skillet dinner.

Oh, and I wouldn't use the canned cheese soup. :dead:
