Went with Organic Fertilizer in the yard in hopes of it being pet friendly.

Just let the dog out before bedding down for the night and now she won't do her business in the yard. I had to take her for a dang walk up the street in my house slippers.

I put down one of the Organic Fertilizers from Jonathan Green. I guess the Chicken Poo smell must make her not want to go in the yard now or something. LOL I may have to email the manufacturer and whine. Maybe I'll get a coupon off my next purchase.:lmao:

See what happens when you try to go environmentally friendly! You are doing the right thing, but the world and pets are not used to it! I would have thought your dog would have bolted to chase chickens that weren't there. I hope you get the coupon! You deserve it for walking the dog when you would rather go to bed!

It is funny that you started this thread. My elderly neighbor (retired teacher), who is a dear, was walking his three elderly dogs today; one was wearing a cone from surgery. I was just leaving to go to the store (my driveway is long, and he didn't see me coming) and one of his dogs was pooing by my mailbox. He waved at me to stop, and chat; I think as a distraction. I, honestly, don't care. Chicken poo or dog poo; it is all the same. It is all good, and so is life; we all 'doo' it!

Ass-hole
If you go out and pee in the yard, the dogs will smell your scent and then they will know its okay to go to the bathroom in the yard again.
