NOW I find out you don't listen to me????

you drove it up in my driveway right after you bought it and I pointed it out to you that you could play CD's...we even discussed that not very many people play CD's anymore because of the iPods/Mp3

See if I ever point something out to you wearing shorts and a tight T-shirt again :drama:

:buddies: Who uses a CD player?

Me.

Rented an FLHTCU on one trip to Tejas and made sure the CD player worked.

Everyone should ride a Harley around Texas for a bit listening to ZZ Top. The world would be a better place for it. As loud as it can go.

In DR's defense, the HD CD opening has a little door to it that snaps pretty tight shut and the little tab to pop it open is small and unobtrusive.

You'd have to know it's there to...know it's there.

Zactly. I was looking at a new Road Glide yesterday and wondered if there was a player under that tab since it seemed to have everything else. Yep. Then when I got home I looked and I had the little tab too. I'm seriously observant, I tell ya'. Now I have to find my CDs.

If you're good with the digital device, frankly, that's the way to go. CD's have to be changed, obviously, as well as the storage issues, and they do skip when you get a good slam into a pot hole, over a ground hog or other road disturbance.
