Sep. 4—Each week, The Spokesman-Review examines one question from the Naturalization Test immigrants must pass to become United States citizens.

Today's question: Who becomes president if the president cannot serve?

(Psssst: they're priming the pump)...Obviously its Barack H. Obama.

We now have a President that cannot serve---and a Vice-President who is by-passed by whoever is in charge.

Of course we all know why she is by-passed, but that doesn't make it right.

The most powerful country in the world and 99% of us do not know who is in charge.
We have our own thought on it, but the fact is we do not know.
