My puppy has an appointment today @ 1:00....but their recording says that they open @ 2:00?
Does anyone know if this is standard? Or perhaps another number I can call to verify?

They usually do not open until 2:00 but since they were closed towards the end of last week they are probably playing catch up this week. Their recording rarely gets changed so I would go on the assumption that they will be there at 1:00 for your appointment. If you feel better I would try calling after 12:00 as they usually answer the phone.

The recording says on Wednesday they open at 9 -- when I made my appointment 2 weeks ago they were pretty busy. I hope the lady did not get confused. Thanks - I will try again after 12 if they don't respond to the message I left.
