Well in St. Mary's county it isn't all that easy to build a pier.
First you have to get permission from the Corps. of Engineers, Permits from the county ,kiss the counties ass and then after that you can build it .

I couldn't see the pictures because I won't kiss fox news's ass to see their content, but one thing is sure. You just can't stick it out there, It has to be anchored.
