...that is a miserable failure at indicating ANYTHING.
Each topic warrants discusion to analyze results.
Such as:
How the hell is that scored? Obviously, they CAN'T prevent hostilities and you could argue historic examples of trade organizations or agreements or treaties that BOTH helped prevent wars and helped spark them.
How the hell is THAT scored? No company should give anyone anything. Governments do that...by taking from some one else.
However, a company getting help from governments and perhaps reducing prices or some sort of accomodations to make a deal can be good.
And WTF does that mean? Capital has identity attached to it and protocals, business practices, that make it work. So, this could be a yes, no or maybe and mean the same thing.
So, there's the thing: definitions. What does a given statement really mean or, at least, what is the intent of the statement in regards to how it is scored?

Larry, that's why I never take those tests. They DUM and look like a MUNKY. They're too simplistic and don't give thought to alternatives - it's either this way or that way.

I don't think they are dumb...
...per se. The thing, to me, is that they are GREAT conversation starters but, once the minutae starts flying, then, if it's not a simple yeah or nay, people lose interest.
I mean, come on! It's important to look into the facts and figures as to whether or not industrialization per se screws up the environment OR, converesly, the lack of industrialization and to what degree of lack or non-lack that the environment then begins, forthwith, to suffer.
This stuff matters!
