I think they are revered and prolly very expensive. Marwari horses. It appears they are gaited, doing a sort of singlefoot. They have been loaned to the KY horse park for exhbition as well.

"Marwari is just another breed rather strain of oriental horses of india ,orignated from turkaman horses of central asia , there are so many strains like Moor(peacock),Sayeen etc and nukra is color and it can be found in all strains,most of them have high knee action and single foot gait called Gaam,they have small stride and it gives illusion of horse running very fast and its very smooth to ride,a good nukra like this one in video would be approx 1000 to 1500 british pound." They are a status symbol and owners can not ride well, so horse has to ride nice to carry owner.

all of them seem in very good body condition and have a lot of bling on them. In the second video they are paying him after each dance! It's like table dancing horses
the horse is calm between dances. people seem to really like the horse.

They ride with a great deal of collection, and if very fancy attire and o ring snaffles. The ears on it tip inwards and almost touch, they are beautiful animals, and the riders are very much revered. maybe some sort of paso type breed?
