What did she do?????

Stang Girl

Mr. and Mrs.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good Morning I have a question. My dog Jasmine did something to her tail Saturday. I did not notice it Saturday night when I put her to bed when I left for dinner. When I returned home I notice when I let her out of her bedroom she had her tail stuck under her. I guess she thought someone was in the house. So C took her out side to go to the bathroom and then we all went to sleep. The next morning he came in and said he noticed she had her tail under her and went to pull it up asking her why she had her tail under her. She sniped at him and ran away. So I looked at her and from her back to a little bit down her tail she will not let you touch her. I know her and Petie play hard and hey like to run each other into things. But I have no clue what happen to her? Does anyone know when The Well Pet Clinic opens?

sounds like a hot spot or likoma (sp?) If all the hair is chewed off that's what it is. You'll probably end up with spray for it and maybe some pills to keep infection away.

You get that from her information, how? It sounds more like she bruised/sprained her tail than anything.

Stang... how miserable is she? If she seems to be very uncomfortable or in constant pain... I wouldn't make her wait...:ohwell:

Well all she will do is stay on the couch and doesn't move I feel bad I don't know what to do. She wont even bark at the people that walk or drive by the house. She just is not her self. When I take her out side she goes to the bathroom and it takes her a few seconds to hop up the steps like it hurts her.

Don't put it off. Call a vet and explain the situation and get her in. She's a living creature with feelings and you are the only one that she can count on to help her out in times like this. Hopefully it's something minor, but you don't know.

I left a message at the Well Pet Clinic yesterday I thought they would be open to day but C is off so he will take her. Thanks everyone for the help.

No we had her fixed

How old is she?

Roxy is fixed also but has a slipped ovary (she has an ovary somewhere they can't find) and will still go into "heat".
