I was always the little one, so I cultivated big friends. Anything I couldn't handle on my own, I had friends who'd take care of it. In exchange, I was lax in keeping my school work and tests private. Later on in life I learned the value of rage expression instead of trying to appease the bullies and got a bit of a reputation that I was not to be ####ed with.
