we had a water leak, which klead to us finding mold, but the insurance company is helping with that. So since they cut the check to us, were doing all the work ourselves, and now everything is going to be brand new
So now we dont have to fix it up with our own money Its just sooooo much work!!!

Did you get to do a walk thru or a home inspection before settlement?we had a water leak, which klead to us finding mold, but the insurance company is helping with that. So since they cut the check to us, were doing all the work ourselves, and now everything is going to be brand new

I cant wait to retire. I still dont know what I want to be when I grow up.
The "Plan" is Im getting a teaching degree and when I retire Ill teach middle school. Then While doing that Ill continue my ed.. to become a Vet. Thats the plan but one thing Ive learned in life is Plans Change in a blink of an eye. This is the goal though.

Just a walk though- no time for an inspection, these people were idiots! there was a water leak, and instead of venting thier dryer outside, they venting in the space between the basement and upstairs! perfect breeding ground for mold! you shouldve seen the stupid things these people did to this house, it was hilarious. but i love it, its so private, perfect party place

It's funny...he went in the Navy because he lost a bet and has stayed in almost 15 years. He is going to Embry Rittle right now trying to get his degree before he retires.
