I'm concerned that there will be wholesale changes in the coaching staff and team structure. I'm not too concerned about the organizational philosophy though. I mean, I'm not this :jameo: but concerned...

I'm fine with Tomlin. I really didn't know much about him before Cowher left, but from what I've read from the "experts", it seems like he'll be a good fit. Sure, the Steelers won the Super Bowl a year ago, but that doesn't mean a fresh perspective wouldn't do some good.
