What else can I do?

For unknown reasons, we have not received a Washington Post paper in nearly two weeks. I've lodged complaints through the website, called and spoke to Customer Service, and did all the "missed paper" alerts. Still nothing has changed. We also had black tape placed on our box in the meantime (which I removed). We are up to date on our bill. The check was cashed so that can't be the issue. Anything else I can do to get this straightened out? I keep getting the standard answer/email saying they will let the distributor know about the problem but still nothing.

I had to run my Metrocast yesterday on Airport Drive in California, Maryland. I noticed that there is a sign for "Washington Post" by one of the buildings. I have no clue what services that branch offers, but if I were you I would drive directly to that building and do a face-to-face with someone.

Sit outside your door with a potato gun... when you see paper-delivery-boy bringing papers to your neighbors, shoot him with a potato ... he will be all :jameo: and he will be forced to slow down. :yay:

I am a genius. :coffee:

Never discount the possibility that you have passed away and this is what hell is like.

I will suggest to my husband that he does this as he is the one who reads the paper and he works over in St Mary's.

Cancel the paper.

I would have a long time ago but my husband enjoys sitting on the porch with his paper, even though he routinely says there's nothing in there that he hasn't already heard on the news or seen on the Internet.

Wasn't me. Blame my husband. I don't read it.

Mail them a steaming pile of $h1t, won't help with the paper but will make you feel better.

Also if you have ever heard of an upper decker, going to their office and leaving them one is a favorite of mine.

Urban Dictionary: Upper Decker

Delivery was resumed on 6/27. The glitch seems to be fixed. Seems like whenever one of our neighbors does something with their paper (cancel or vacation stop), ours gets messed up.
