Sorry, you can't see it because DW doesn't give these freaks the attention they crave. But here he is:

Can anyone right now in court, anyone, make a claim against me?” he continued. “And because of that, your honor, the motion to dismiss should be granted based on that alone. There is no injured party in this matter. So, who makes the claim? Who?”

The injured parties aren't in the courtroom because, you know, he killed them.

But there's this:

Fox News reported that the suspect, previous to the killings in Waukesha, had a rap sheet that was 50 pages long that included criminal charges involving attacks on women and members of his family.

So I fully expect the judge to go, "You know, he's right. He can't face his accusers because they didn't show up. Case dismissed."

So if a relative of a victim puts a .45 caliber hole in his forehead they can be set free if he doesn't show up in court to testify against them? Cool. Arm the relatives and set him free.

He's playing the I'm nuts card not to go to prison, and get treatment at a facility where he can harm more people.
