Smell is very important to me and is one of the decision-making tools I use to determine whether I will even try something. If I can't handle the smell, I am not even going to attempt to eat it. So I will never try lutefisk, durian fruit, natto, century egg, or limberger cheese either. :barf:

I've tried the century egg. Convinced I was eating anaerobic mud.
