I seem to remember that there was a book back during the Obama years that the SS hated Biden. Lot of things like changing plans at the last minute and offending female SS folk by swimming in the nude at the VP resident and his home. If true, it stands to reason that he came into office with a bad rep with the SS

Indeed. Anyone with an ounce of sense had to be able to AT LEAST GUESS that the guy who was kicked out of the Navy for doing cocaine and has struggled with cocaine addiction for years - and NO ONE even suspected it was him?
