No, it's because of the customers.

I did a pickup a couple weeks ago and had to schedule it two days out. Then when I got there after my order was ready it took over 30 min to get my order. I saw dozens of people getting pickup while I was there so I just think it has gotten extremely popular.

I tried to do a pick-up order this past Sunday, and the next available slot for pick-up was for seven days later on next Sunday. I need milk and bread NOW.
