It's not getting worse, we are just more aware of it than ever before:

The crime rate in St. Mary's dropped 35% from 1992 to 2001. I couldn't find anything more recent.

Our awareness of crime has increased due to the internet. That's why it seems like crime is increasing.

Eh, drugs are fine. I have no problem with them. I do have a problem with gun fights, violence, rapings, etc. St. Mary's seems to be pretty damn good in that area.

I do realize there was a gunfight in this article....but Im just sayin in general...

All my friends in high school and college did all different types of drugs, my best friend growing up dealt. Besides the occasional fist fight (which were all drunk related) there were no problems of any sort.

BUT if it does lead to violence or raping, I say eye for an eye. You rape a girl I am going to give Ron Jeremy a call. You kill somebody I will take a cheese grater to your skull. THAT would lower the crime rate.

Did anyone notice that this is all happening in the last 5 years "SINCE SHE MOVED HERE!" maybe it's her? She could be a magnet for all the bad stuff happening. Where did she move from? What was it like when she was there? What is it like now? Have the crime stats gone down? Hmmmm? Inquiring minds want to know?
