Meme away. Without the recipients showing exactly what quality assistance over 90 countries provided, your meme only works for the ignorant. In other words, what possibly could any country provide us that we couldn't provide for ourselves? When knowing someone can provide for themselves, any giving of "assistance" is simply virtue signalling on the part of the giver.
