What types of birds of prey do we have?

Trying to ID some large birds of prey that fly over my house all the time. They are here year round and have light feathers on the underside of their wings.

Do the ends of the wings have individual "fingers" ? If so, BD is right.

One grabbed a tree rat out of a pine right over my head one day. I had to check my drawers.

That's it, figured it was a bird of prey because I've found animal parts in my yard under my trees.
