What We're Buying at College

This column hit home as the little one took her SATs today.

We tamely fork over tens of thousands of dollars (about $45,000 per year) for the privilege of having our young indoctrinated.

I paid for my own college education. I think that's what really made me realize that I really need to not waste the money.

I graduated Cum Laude, and I don't think that I would have tried so hard if someone else was paying my bill.

Because even the smart ones aren't smart enough to figure out for themselves what they are while still moving with the tide of America.

Agree with you. I didn't get my degree until I was 42. Got alot of education over the years at a lot of different locations.

The indoctrination that is standard at most universities is mind numbing. Any thought or expression outside the far left socialist agenda is ostracized. Academic freedom is something most professors abhor. Our daughter has her head screwed on straight at the moment, we'll see fairly soon how she matures and handles higher education. She's very strong willed and won't put up with B.S. from anyone. Should be interesting.
