Since sugar daddy Joe was so generous with giving $600 per week to the unemployed for so long, it is only fair that those who need to go back and forth to work receive $100 gas cards each week until the oil "crisis" is over. Payable ONLY to those who can confirm and prove employment for at least the last 6 months?
