Has anyone ever tried doing the 30 days of meals.

It's where you cook one day, different dishes and then freeze so you just come home and put in the oven.

I do the Sunday big cook off, for a week's worth of meals.........:lol:

Does it work? Do you actually eat all week what you cooked on Sunday or do you come home and say I don"t feel like that and mke something else?

Yes.......it does for me, for I am not a picky eater....:yay:

from scratch beef raviloli :drool: with homemade sgetti sauce (left over/frozen/reheated), homemade italian bread with herbs (great for dipping/olive oil/spices) :drool:

First time I have ever made these, and I definitely had some lessons learned. But they were yummy. I make homemade (from scratch) pasta all the time. Surprisingly enough these weren't hard to make, time consuming yes.
