I am amazed in this country with all the codes and regulations a cesspool is allowed near anywhere populated.
In Saudi Arabia they put them wherever. Shopping mall? Good place for a 5 acre shiat pool. Add in the 120 degree heat and that steaming puddle of poop almost makes you hurl on the spot.
