Where can i get some large natural rocks

Looking for some largish (no larger than a wheelbarrow) size rocks to make a little focal point in my front yard covering up an area where grass simply will not grow. Just looking for 2-4 rocks that I could pile into something interesting looking.

Maybe try construction sites. When clearing them to build they often welcome people looking for such items.

Unlike New England this area doesn't have large rocks naturally occurring. I think your best bet is going to be a place that sells rock, I have seen some large ones at various places around.

They dug up a pretty good sized one in my yard when digging a new drain field. Part of my rock lined pond now.

See, in New England, digging a drain field would net you enough rocks to line the whole pond. Not saying you wont find rocks here, but not usually not large ones, nor many.
