Just further proof that the word "expert" is often not understood.
Just as follow the Science is often misused.

What the Democrats call expert to me is sht. simple. I see these "experts" convince Joe Biden that destroying our energy independence and bankrupting Ford and Chevy by making cars they cannot sell was a good idea. I see they call John F'in Kerry our climate expert, but they do not explain what makes him an "expert". Perhaps he is an expert in staying out of prison after his treason.

Usable responses? Meaning those that went the way they wanted them to. Given that the American Political Science Association claims "more than 11,000 members in more than 100 countries", I wonder how many of the 154 were American?

This group consistently rates conservatives low. How does Jimmy Carter rate so high? LBJ was so unpopular he dropped out of his re- election. Truman set records for low popularity. And you’re right - how does a man who got pneumonia on the way home from inauguration and spent his entire brief term DYING manage to rank at all?
