Where did they go?

I get that SOME voters decided eff it, not voting although I don’t see this groundswell of third party voting.

But we’re about 13 MILLION voters short this time around.

Where did they all go?

I asked the same on another forum. One dumb reply was more people early voted. Still didn't explain where the missing votes were. Most ignorant response was, so what. Still denying the cheat.

Some of that was covid influenced-mail in ballots, most by low information voters that may or may not have actually filled out the ballots.

The rest indeed did vote by not voting. The cocoon dwelling media and party elites cannot see it, but these voters sure did, they were turned off by what Biden-Harris has done since taking office, and said, "I'm not voting". "Let Trump win".

And he did, in a historic landslide.

Usually every election cycle - there’s a measurable increase in total voters and it’s usually linear. You chart the total and most times, it follows a straight and slowly trending upward line.

What I noticed is, the election of 2024 and 2016 looked remarkably similar. Same red and blue states - Trump gained more votes in every state including blue states. But mostly, same outcome with a reliably consistent increase in voters. You could put those two elections on the voter total line and it fits perfectly - if you ignore 2020.

I think it really is the case that millions who don’t vote normally were able to. I don’t think we will see those voters again. I think the Democrats made the huge mistake thinking they had permanently won over these millions and honestly - not even close.

Cheating aside - and yes I think there was enormous cheating - I think it is interesting that 2024 looks extremely like a redo of 2016 and not 2020.

I’m also wondering THIS —-

If you just ignore 2020 as an anomaly and examine 2016 vs 2024 - you notice that while Kamala increased the Dem vote total by around five million - Trump increased it by more than twice that.

Now of course a lot is he gained in the battlegrounds and elsewhere - but he made YUGE gains in blue states that he still lost. He only lost Virginia and New Jersey by around five points. That’s like battleground territory.

Question - did he improve because his message had more appeal - or because Kamala ultimately just SUCKED as a candidate? As in would someone like Newsom NOT had those numbers?

After he deports all the Dems illegals from Virginia and New Jersey, that vote total separation might close a bit more.

I could be generous and say that 12 million Democrats refused to vote because they knew how really, really sorry and lousy Kamala would be as President, and some of that may be true, but I feel that many of those were cheating votes and Republicans were watching closer this time.

Not all of the voting has been tallied yet. The latest numbers have total voter turnout at 152,967,700. That's only 6 million less than 2020. I think you need to look at each individual state to figure out where those numbers went. Some states that loosened mail in voting because of the pandemic retracted those rules for 2024. For instance, Maryland kept the looser rules that anyone can request a mail in ballot without giving any reason. Other states denied that. So I think you need to look at those states and figure out how many less voters participated this time.

I think it could be true that some democratic voters decided not to vote because of the Biden/Harris administration, but I think that's probably low. I think voting against Trump was more important than voting for Harris. And I doubt there were any less enthusiastic Trump voters who stayed home.

Check the states who repealed the looser pandemic mail in voting laws. I bet that's where you will find the missing votes. There are some people who will vote if it is that easy to fill out a mail in ballot and send it back, but can't be troubled to wait in line to cast that same vote.

While those of us who waited in line for 3 hours to vote for Trump sneer at such people. I was in and out on election day this time in about 15 minutes, but I'd have done another 3 hours, if that's what it took.

NC cautioned all potential voters: 'Bring your photo ID with you when you come to vote"
Hmm, I would like to take a closer look at that 2020- turn out WITHOUT photo ID...

Meanwhile, California made it illegal to ask for ID for prospective voters.

The libtards on r/maryland are saying that Kamala lost because states tightened up their mail-in voting rules. They complained that all states should have loosey goosey rules like MD.
