Where is Iraq?

Not too talkative
Secretary of State - Colin Powell was recently approached
by an Iraqi journalist and accusingly asked "Isn't it true that
only 13% of the young Americans can locate Iraq on a map?"
Secretary Powell stopped and turned and then stated "Yes,
you are correct. But unfortunately for you, all 13% are
United States Marines."
