Wait a minute, it just occurred to me that it sounded so familiar because I just passed it today on the way to Fenwick Street. If I was coming up Route 5 towards Leonardtown and got to the traffic light at Route 5 and Fairgrounds - Medley's Neck would be on my left?Looking for Our Lady?

Yup. Been by there a million times; never paid attention.Yes (assuming you're coming from the south).
So sorry for the loss of your friend.Yes - Our Lady - a friend of mine just died. I haven't seen her in years and ran into her a month or so ago at the bone doctors. Shocked that she had lung cancer I think - didn't even recognize her. I was really hoping for a miracle - really nice gal and way too young.
Thank you Jazz. I hate getting old - it's hard to see people you think should live forever just don't and I know I don't have that long - depressing. So sorry for the loss of your friend.
The church is a couple of miles down Medley's Neck Road (Route 244) on the right. My mom is interred there along with her parents and an aunt, plus a lot of other relatives. Very old church with lots of members.

She and I work(ed) for the same company...she was my age. I've known her and her husband for 20+ years. Unfortunately, I will not be in town for her services. Leave the Leonardtown school complex to your left at the Fairgrounds/Rt5 intersection and you'll eventually get there. If I remember correctly, if you get to the Breyer's ice cream sign, you went a little too far, I think...been a few years since I've been over that way.Wait a minute, it just occurred to me that it sounded so familiar because I just passed it today on the way to Fenwick Street.
