where to buy soy bean meal

I'm looking to buy soy bean meal to use as an organic fertilizer. I heard i can buy it at a livestock feed store. Any suggestions on where i might find this in southern maryland. I honestly don't know if this is something you feed horses or not. I'm just going on what google recommended i look for.

I think stauffer's feed mill in loveville ("the henyard") will have it. They are right on rt 5. I know they have soybean OIL, and I know they have other types of "meal", so I expect they have SOYBEAN MEAL too. If he doesn't have any, he will be able to direct you to somewhere that does. But my guess is that he carries it.

I used to feed it to a mare I had and got it at southern states.
