Where to live question

I'm new to the area and currently live on Great Mills Road. I'm thinking about moving in the next few months and was wondering if anyone out there had any thoughts on St. Mary's Landing Apartments. I've driven by and they seem nice but the price is almost a little too good to be true so it makes me wonder. Also, I found past postings on the forum saying they aren't the best but those were years old. Also, if anyone has any other suggestions on good places or places to avoid I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

I had way too many problems for only 800 dollars a month..please don't even waste your time.

If you're looking for apartments, I think Abberley Crest is beautiful :yay: Plus it's south of the base so there's not so much traffic.

I wonder if I sell like 5 houses using the same agent if I'll get a freebie? And yes, it's no joke we're listing and moving again. Going to look Sunday! And no the wedding isn't off (though he may very well call it off if this doesn't make me happy ) I've just had enough of the bridge. :thewave:

That's what B said! The classes have to be cheaper than the percent you pay. :lmao:
For what you've put out in realtor fees for the houses you've sold, you could have taken two realestate classes. :lmao:
