Where to turn

Really don't know where to go with this...Not sure to go to Windows help, Verizon help, or Explorer help....When I click on a picture online to enlarge it I get just a flicker on the screen and then a sound like "BLUMP".. It also happens when I try to give someone some Karma...Not just on this site but others as well....Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks...Been there done that....Many times...Gonna give you green for trying though....(If I can get it to work) Usually if I click three or four times it will open....Here goes!

Not sure if it is true or not. But I just got Verizon DSL and I have a huge problem with Pop-up blocker. It does that too when I click on the more smilies option on here or if I am on a site and click and option it makes the blump sound and only flickers. I asked the IT guy yesterday at my job and he says it is possible that even though you allow pop-ups from a site once you click an option it is on another site. Not sure if this will help but check and see if it is the pop-up blocker.

Try holding down ALT then clicking the link/picture/whatever. Sometime that bypasses popup blockers :shrug:

Definitely sounds like a pop-up blocker of some sort.

Drag the cursor to what you want to display. Look at you toolbar and watch the pop-up blocker icon. When you click the mouse and hear the sound you should see an "explosion" on the pop-up blocker icon. If so, click on the icon and it should give you the option to accept pop-ups from this site.

Thanks to all for the help...I checked my pop-up blocker and allowed certain sites and it fixed my problem....You all rule..
