Which version?

I enjoyed them both... but if I had to listen to one 3 times in a row, I would chose The Paul Thorn Band... :yay:

What she said.

A, it was live. B, they nailed it. C, while steel pedal guitar is awesome, Jesus H Christ Himself resides in a slide...when He's not hanging out in a boogie woogie piano passage.

To wit;

Oh, and the live band had a lefty guit man. Always a plus. :larry:

Both awesome versions, give the edge to the PT Band, though. Just barely.

Thanks for sharing that.

On a desert island, I'd say Greenday, even though I'm not a big Greenday fan.

.... and that got me thinking about Ry Cooder which made me remember the wicked guitar duel scene from Crossroads! :larry:

All great versions, but no one can touch the Clash. What an awsome Band they were.
