A new teachers' contract has been adopted in Minneapolis that builds "racism" into the process, allowing the district to fire, during cutbacks, white teachers with more seniority and retain minorities with lower seniority.

Alpha News confirmed the contract specifies that minority teachers "may be exempted from district-wide layoff(s) outside seniority order."

"Starting with the Spring 2023 Budget Tie-Out Cycle, if excessing [reducing] a teacher who is a member of a population underrepresented among licensed teachers in the site, the District shall excess the next least senior teacher, who is not a member of an underrepresented population," the report said the agreement states.

In any case it says underrepresented, so if the population of the City is (checks google) 60% white, and white teachers are less than 60% of the total, it sounds like someone else is getting fired first.

Also, the way it's worded, it sounds like they have to fire women first since men are by far an "underrepresented population".

Then when that didn't appease enough folks more concessions were added to the mix. Promotional quota for fire and police became a thing. It still wasn't enough. So minorities got to form race specific special interest groups. Blacks In Government® (BIG®) was formed. Still wanting more, their civil rights leader got a federal holiday for his birthday. Needing more pandering there is now an entire month set aside to celebrate their contributions to this nation.

Recently we've seen the election of a highly unqualified mulatto to this nations' highest office. And it happened twice. He signed laws that financially punished schools that disciplined blacks at a greater percentage than whites. So teachers stopped suspending kids that constantly interrupted class. Making learning difficult for the others that wanted to learn. He also publicly criticized white police officers when he didn't have all the facts of a particular police encounter.

The last few years has seen a bunch of political appointees where the only qualifications are possessing increased melanin and a vagina. Watching these people operate on the national stage is both an odd curiosity and painful at the same time.

Still that ain't enough, so let's give 'em a new national holiday for some event that may or may not have taken place as described. Juneteenth is the summer equivalent to winters' kwanzaaah.

There is a group in the south that is angling for a black only community. College campuses have black only meeting areas and dormitories. How long before we are back to separate water fountains and rest rooms? Elementary school now teach kids that whites benefit from some invisible supremacy. Tell me how Lebron James' kid is disadvantaged compared to the unemployed coal miners' kid from West Virginia.

While Caucasians are the majority in America, they aren't a majority in the world. But they are the majority in nations that seem to function well. Unlike the places that are dominated by black and brown people where most of the population is seeking to illegally migrate to a peaceful, whiter nation. You can bet once they are the majority in their new homelands, those places will resemble the places they left.

I'm shocked that law abiding, sane blacks aren't highly insulted when society keeps lowering the standards bar for the 'black' community. I know I would be. Yet outside of a few black conservatives, you don't hear much complaining.

It is not racism to tell the truth, even though it is an accusation often thrown at truth tellers.
But even truth tellers are not called racists any more, now we are white supremacists.

Once upon a time in a big County in Murlin, there was a Police Department. Due to population shifts mostly from the County's western populous, pastey white politicians, decided the brutal racist policemen were too hard on the criminal element living in Section 8 apartments! Oh no!!!!!
So, the County's Executive, future Governor, decided to hire a buncha "diverse" people for the mean old department. One segment of new police applicants could get hired with a GED, while the other segment had to have a 2 year college degree... oooopie doooopie..

Then, about 1996, the big old County bosses decided that the old men and women had to leave!!!! Oh my goodness.... So, they threw a bunch of money at the old people as incentive to leave and not let the screen door hit them on the bottom!!!

Now, statistics will prove that Big Ole County has NO crime rate, and everyone is happy!!!
