Who broke the front of their car off on base?

Anyone go around the gold coast on base this week and see the front end of a car laying off the the side of the road? Looks like someone tried to go around cedar point road at 80 mph and couldn't make the curve at VX-23, hit the fence, and some other stuff and their car fell apart.
