In Illinois a REPUBLICAN governer overturned the death penalty and commuted the death sentences of over 150 people on death row. Of course, that same governor raised taxes and spending too. Just because you are a member of a certain party doesn't mean you are in lockstep with that party's ideas.

Next time use the "L word" it seems to work just fine on SOMD.
