Got some chocolate brownie cookies at Walmart. They are delicious! Checked the nutrition label and the recommended serving is 1/2 cookie for 150 calories.
Serving size will trip you up! Compare to 'like' things and if you look at just the percentage numbers you may think one has say... less sodium and less sugar than the other, but when you look at the serving size you see the one with the "lower" counts may be half the serving size as the 2nd item. Most folks do not take serving size into the calculation.Got some chocolate brownie cookies at Walmart. They are delicious! Hell, I don't think a dozen cookies is a serving. And nobody thinks half a cookie is a serving.
That would be the 'boyfriend' cookie..., "No. I don't want a cookie, but I will taste a nibble of yours."And nobody thinks half a cookie is a serving.
