I loved, loved Ella Blaine.

We had another realtor in mind, who didn't return phone calls or seem particularly interested. After calling and calling, I finally made an appt myself with the listing agent to see a particular house. I adored her immediately. I told her (though I am sure she could tell) that we were very new to this, and we didn't really have a clue as to what we were doing exactly or how the whole process would work. She didn't seem a bit perturbed by this, and was extremely easy to talk to, down to earth, and most of all explained everything in detail. She never acted like I was asking a dumb question, and she returned every call and text pretty quickly. She grasped what it is we were looking for, respected our rather tight budget, and had lots of information and understanding about alternatives to a conventional bank loan. She could have put us on the bottom of the list because our budget was small and unlikely to bring her huge profit, but she made us feel like we were the only clients. All excellent qualities in a realtor.

Re/MAX from the forums ROCKS..

She's stood by us for the last 8 months trying to get this house. She's made some serious sacrifices for us that I don't think ANYONE else would have ever even contemplated.

And she's cute too!!

WIN WIN!!

It doesn't really matter. They are just a source for available houses and a ride. Nothing more.

I heard good things about her from another forumite also.

I know two good realtors -- one mainly in Calvert/St Mary's, and the other mostly in Charles. Let me know if you want their contact information.

Cause I love the girl to death. She is a hard working agent who will work with you not against you.

Gloria Abell of Coldwell Banker was fantastic!

She helped us find our home after months of looking, and then work very hard to sell our old home as fast as possible. There were ads out all over the place, and our home sold in under 45 days. We definitely plan on using her in the future, and highly recommend giving her a call.

Dumb luck helped us find our realtor, and I had two great house buying experiences with her.

We were "assigned" a realtor from the mortgage company, and that woman never called, etc. So we drove around to look at places on our own, saw a house we liked, and called the name on the sign. We were only in town for a few days, and Susan @ O'Brien Realty volunteered to take us out the next day on a whirlwind tour.

She is honest, and will not hold back if you want her opinions and thoughts. She was responsive and accomodating, and I would absolutely use her again in the future.

I have met Patrick Dugan before, too, and personally he seems great! Never worked with him though.
