Well, some folks that work a straight 40 hour week defer the 59 on the Thursday holiday and take it on Friday, so they at least have a three-day weekend. Nobody has said anything.....yet.

Agreed. 'specially when you hear about Congressional and Cabinet personnel getting raises.

I work for a different government, instead of a 59 early release, i got the 59 late release.
