Looking to seek legal consultation against an out of state business. Long story short:
Bought item on Ebay (of course, right?)
rec'd item
2 months later - Sent item back to company for repair
1 month later - rec'd supposedly repaired item
2 months later - Send item back for repair for same issue
2 months later - company asks for shipping address
2 months later - item has not been rec'd, request refund for item, company claims item should have shipped but never provides tracking info.
1 month later - File claim through BBB, company rec'd complaint but never replied
2 weeks later (present) all company phone #'s are out of service no reply to e-mail attempts
Any suggestions would be great! Thanks.
