TFC E. M. Evans was patrolling the Great Mills Road area in Lexington Park when a Honda Civic car pulled along side of TFC Evans' vehicle. TFC Evans observed the female driver smoking what appeared to be a marijuana cigarette.

To many idiots think that if they smoke dope in there care they will get away with it. I think it would probably be safer to smoke dope at your house than in a car. Such morons...

It's not the pot, it's the person smokingthe pot that's stupid. FIRST RULE: Never smoke pot while driving.

Espically since there's ALOT of po-po out there. 3 on Hamilton Rd. and 2 on Rosewick. They're gonna get some people today...
