This is too weird. If a surly, inept waiter cannot be bothered to stop chatting with his co-workers to see I need a refill, I doubt this bit of techno-wizardry will help either. It doesn't take much to ignore your customers.

I *go* to restaurants to get good food AND service. If I just wanted good food, I'd make it myself.
