Who sells local cherries?

I've looked at some of the farmers markets and can't find any.

this may be stupid of me, but are cherries in season now? I thought they came in summer....

In this area, you won't see cherries until late June and through July unless you buy them in a grocery store. I believe I remember Trossbach's had some last year.

You could always make a road trip to Germantown and hit the pick your own farm at Butler's Orchards. http://www.butlersorchard.com/pick-your-own/ Their website says late June for cherries.

The cherries on the tree at my parents house are still 90% green with maybe 2% fully ripe. In 1 to 2 weeks it will be time to pick theirs unless the birds get them first.
