We have a wire down in our front yard right where we park our truck. I don't think it is electric since it is not sparking and we have phone service so my thought is it is a cable line to a pole behind the house (for someone else's service). However we can never get through to GMP on the phone and we drove down there and reported in person on Monday. But the line is still down.
I don't want to be one of those whiney people who call the cops about this so who should I call next? Suggestions? Can I legally just yank the thing down of the pole?
