Stephen King had a 3-word reaction to news his books are banned in some Florida schools
A short statement from the now Sarasota County-based master of horror fiction has gotten 18 million views and counting on X.
They piss and whine about "mah book got banned
" like they really expect adult books with adult themes to be available in elementary school libraries. 
Not to mention the books aren't "banned" at all. It's not like how Democrats want books they don't like removed from public consumption completely; all schools are doing is making *school* libraries age appropriate. Anyone can still get those books at their local public library or Amazon or a book store. If you want your kid to read smut you go right ahead - it's readily available. Just not in the school library.
I don't get why this is so hard to understand. It's impossible to believe Democrats are really this ****ing stupid, so I have to go with "they object to sexually explicit material not being readily available to children". There is no other explanation.
Following that logic, we must also believe that Democrats are all pedo groomers. There's no other reason why they'd want children reading explicit sex books.
Then one has to wonder about authors like Stephen King who write this sh*t in the first place. In his book It the 12 year old boys pull a train on their 12 year old female friend because it's the only way they can bond, or some such pedo bullshit. There's no reason for that to be in the book. It serves no purpose, doesn't promote the story, it's just Stephen King having a pedophile fantasy. Suffice to say, it's not suitable for young readers but King really REALLY wants youngsters reading his sexual fantasies.
Which is too bad because King was one of my favorite authors years ago. He jumped the shark with Hearts in Atlantis and I've read very little by him since, but his books have NEVER been for children. They have always been geared toward an adult audience, and as he started losing his mind they got more and more disturbing which is why I stopped reading him.
So seriously, Democrats. If you clamor for children to read sexually explicit books, you might be a pedophile.
