I've noticed the disappearing ink, too. I make copies of important receipts.

Circuit City tried the crap with me one time. I told them to F Off it was the original, and now they have to find their copy. I ended up winning in the end. I love 800 numbers, It works best to call them while the manager can hear the entire call.So the retailer doesnt have to honor their return policy since they cant tell where you purchased the item from
