Why do they pre-fur to twirl around or pass nonchalantly by at the very limit of arm's reach while wanting you to pet them? And then they get miffed if you don't bother to reach way out there.
Why do cats, in particular, but light-colored cats and dogs in general, get so very affectionate when you're wearing dark clothing?
I have pondered these questions at length - the length of my arms and the length of my dark pants' legs, to no avail.
Pardon me while I swat away a large group of cat hairs flying in close formation past my nose.
