Why does everyone hate Gwyneth?

It's not because she's rich, it's because she's an ahole. Her little "eat like a poor person" organic guacamole did it for me. In fact, that's why normal people hate most rich people - not because they're rich, but because they're aholes. Because most rich people ARE aholes. They may not have started out as aholes, but turned into one when they got a little scratch.

Rich aholes like to gather at ritzy fundraisers and nosh on expensive treats to "raise awareness of poverty". They like to wear matching ribbons supporting some fad cause at awards shows where everyone is dressed in an outfit that costs more than most people make in a year. These people could sell one of their mansions and feed a thousand hungry children for life, yet they don't do it. Instead, they get paid to do PSAs for child hunger. What Gwyneth spends on manicures and massages every year could buy an awful lot of goods for poor people, but she doesn't do it. Instead she does commercials imploring *us* to give out of our $50k a year income.

So yeah, that's why everyone hates Gwyneth and every other entitled greedy tiresome self-absorbed Hollywood ahole.

I certainly do not believe that this man is suing because Paltrow is an *******.
Although that is probably true.
He is looking for a payday.
IMO anyone who goes on a ski mountain has to expect to be hurt, but that's just me. This paragraph from the article says it all to me.

At 69 years old with multiple underlying health conditions like partial blindness in one eye, a fragile skull, a stroke, a busted knee from skiing, trouble hearing, and more, Sanderson decided to throw caution to the wind and ski on a mountain teeming with people whizzing around at great speeds. He claims that Paltrow hit him from behind, causing four rib fractures and a devastating concussion that caused traumatic brain injury from which he never recovered.

He must have recovered enough in the last 7 years to file suit.

James Cameron lectures me on Global Climate Warming Change while he flies on a private jet or from one of his 3 mansions or Al Gasbag Gore for his home that consumes more electricity then 10 of his neighbors combined

If Paltrow was smart, she'd call her friend-girl Hill Dawg and tell her "This guy Sanderson says he has something on you."

Problem solved.

Gwyneth Paltrow Awarded $1 in High-Profile Ski Trial

Arts And Entertainment, Culture, Courts, Skiing, Utah, Justice, Gwyneth Paltrow

AllSides Summary

A Utah jury found actress Gwyneth Paltrow not liable for a 2016 ski accident and awarded her $1 in damages. The trial’s popularity led AP (Lean Left bias) to call it a “pop culture fixation.”

The Details: The plaintiff, Terry Sanderson, must also pay Paltrow's legal fees. Sanderson, who is now 76, suffered four broken ribs and brain trauma from the collision; his family later testified that his personality changed after the collision. He initially sued Paltrow for $3.1 million in 2019 but reduced that amount to $300,000 in 2022 after a judge dismissed his claim that the crash was a “hit-and-run” by Paltrow. Paltrow counter-sued for $1. Both Paltrow and Sanderson argued that the other had skied into them from behind. Paltrow’s suit also claimed that Sanderson apologized after the event and that Eric Christiansen, a ski instructor she had hired, stayed behind to help Sanderson.

Related News: Paltrow drew criticism for “problematic diet messaging” shortly before the trial began after saying she often had bone broth for lunch.

How the Media Covered It: Coverage in mainstream news sources often sensationalized the trial and its public response. Left-rated media tended to voice more enthusiasm for Paltrow’s victory; while a Slate (Left bias) headline called her “The People’s Princess,” Vox (Left bias) framed the trial as “absurd.” Meanwhile, Fox News (Right bias) quoted experts who said Paltrow’s “conservative court fashion” helped her win, and The Daily Wire (Right bias) tied Paltrow to “our cultural sickness.”

What the hell is bone broth?
Bone Broth is a savory, nutrient-dense, and collagen-rich liquid made from simmering marrow-rich animal bones (beef, chicken, turkey, pork) in water for an extended period of time. In addition to bones and connective tissue, vegetables like celery, carrots, and onions, fresh herbs, and garlic for extra flavor.

So it's actually vegetable soup made with boiled bone water.
